How do you ensure the freshness of your coffee beans?
We roast our beans in small batches daily and ship them within 24 hours of roasting. Each bag features a one-way degassing valve and a roast date stamp to guarantee peak flavor.
Do you offer pre-ground coffee or only whole beans?
We offer both! You can select 'Whole Bean' for maximum freshness or choose from various grind sizes including Drip, Espresso, or French Press at checkout.
What is your shipping policy for domestic orders?
We offer flat-rate shipping on all orders, and free standard shipping on orders over $50. Most orders arrive within 3-5 business days depending on your location.
Can I set up a recurring coffee subscription?
Yes, our subscription service allows you to save 15% on every order. You can customize your delivery frequency and pause or cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard.
What is your return policy for food items?
Due to the perishable nature of coffee, we cannot accept returns on opened bags. However, if there is an issue with your order or you are unsatisfied with the quality, please contact us within 14 days for a replacement or refund.
